These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zenji.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from ZENJI (“ZENJI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About ZENJI
ZENJI is an independent anime-inspired streetwear label. We design original graphic tees, hoodies and related apparel released as limited drops. All characters, artwork and designs are original ZENJI creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or based on any existing anime, franchise or third-party intellectual property.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates for convenience and may vary at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card payments and Afterpay. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details. We may change prices and promotions at any time before an order is accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery options, estimated timeframes and any shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 7. Limited Drops & Availability
ZENJI releases products in limited quantities. Stock is not guaranteed and items may sell out or not be restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; availability is confirmed when your order is accepted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the ZENJI name, logo, original characters, artwork, graphics, text and designs — is owned by or licensed to ZENJI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, ZENJI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
