RETURNS POLICY

ZENJI accepts returns on unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Limited drops and final-sale items are non-returnable and are clearly marked at checkout.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email returns@zenji.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You’ll receive return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging, tags attached.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, back to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Return the original and place a new order — this is the fastest way to secure stock, since drops sell out quickly.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@zenji.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

  • Items returned worn, washed, or without original tags
