RETURNS POLICY
ZENJI accepts returns on unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Limited drops and final-sale items are non-returnable and are clearly marked at checkout.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email returns@zenji.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging, tags attached.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, back to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Return the original and place a new order — this is the fastest way to secure stock, since drops sell out quickly.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@zenji.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE

- Headwear, accessories, and tag packs
- Items returned worn, washed, or without original tags
