SHIPPING POLICY

ZENJI ships every order with care — tracked, packaged in branded mailers, and dispatched from our fulfillment partner. Below is what to expect after you check out.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Limited drop orders may take up to 5–7 business days as we batch-produce each release to keep inventory tight.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Domestic: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

TRACKING

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Lost tracking? Email orders@zenji.shop with your order number.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. ZENJI is not able to refund customs charges.
