RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Sale items are final sale — no change-of-mind returns. Faulty or misdescribed items are still refundable under the Australian Consumer Law.

ZENJI accepts credit and debit cards and Google Pay at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Yes. ZENJI payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure fields — they never pass through or get stored on ZENJI's servers. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
ZENJI COINS
ZENJI Coins are the store's loyalty points. They are earned automatically for signing in, reviewing and buying, and are spent as a discount at checkout. 100 coins are worth A$1.
ZENJI Coins are credited automatically: 100 for your first sign-in each day, 100 for writing a review, 100 more for adding a photo to it, 500 once for completing your profile, and 500 for every order.
Tick USE MY COINS in the order summary at checkout and the coins come off the total. The minimum redemption is 500 coins (A$5), and coins are only deducted once the payment goes through.
